For years we lived on the road, travelling around Oz and delivering our beginners mushroom cultivation workshops wherever we roamed. 2020 forced us online and we continued to bring our hands-on workshops to people in their own homes with mail out kits and live online sessions.

Now, in 2021, we bring you our best value offering to date with the Ultimate Fungal Wizardry Package. Combining the best elements of online learning with the fun of hands on, our hybrid events have taken mushroom cultivation workshops to a new level of connectivity, establishing a mycelial web of fungal wizards all over Australia.

When you participate in one of our workshops, you will be taking part in an event happening simultaneously at over 30 live locations around Australia as well as in the homes of those joining us online.

To connect everyone together and ensure that everyone receives the same quality of information, your presentation will be brought to you by Chief Fungal Wizard and Urban Kulture founder, Aaron Boyer, and will be streamed to all the live locations and into your homes via the zoom platform.

After 45 minutes of simple, focussed, fungi-related information being beamed straight to your brains, you will then ground the new learnings with a 45-minute hands-on session. Whilst those at the live locations put their kits together with their local facilitator, Aaron will lead the ‘at home crew’ through your first mushroom grow kit creations. To finish off, Aaron will continue your education with a 30-minute ‘how to care and get the most out of’ and ‘where to from here’ session for the mushroom fruiting kits you just made!

This is the 2-hour hands on workshop you will participate in from home and includes:

- LIVE presentation covering terminology, food sources, substrate preparation, mushroom varieties, and our very own methods of cultivation including our ‘under 10 minute tek.’ This will give you the knowledge to expand a 1.7kg bag of grain spawn into as many as 35 mushroom grow kits  (VALUE: $60)
